Difference in Introvert Communicator and Extrovert communicator

The debate rages on about who is a more effective communicator, introverts or extroverts. There is a claim that extroverts communicate frequently yet the quality is generally low and introverts don’t communicate often enough yet the quality of their communication is generally high. But these are all misguided stereotypes.
An effective communicator comes in all personality types. The quality is not higher in one type than another. Being an effective communicator is all about reaching those you communicate with.

The quality of communication is in the ear of the listener. It is not based on personality type. I have heard introverts and extroverts who are wonderful communicators. They are different yet equally effective. It’s time to leave misguided stereotypes behind. Perpetuating them makes things worse not better.
These are qualities which a communicator must have:
* Know your audience.
*Know what concerns them.
*Know your core message and listen to theirs.
*Use language they understand.
* Sense their level of understanding while you are communicating.
*Engage them in some level of dialogue.
*Reach them don’t preach to them.
*Above all, be flexible and adaptable to be an effective communicator.

Both are best in their ways
Introverts and extroverts have different needs. Extroverts tend to react to social interactions more quickly. Introverts have a higher base rate of arousal: put an introvert in a crowded, noisy room and he’ll quickly become overwhelmed. This might explain why introverts perform best in quiet environments while extroverts do better when it’s noisy.
