Healthy Communication improves your Mental Health.
Communication is not only a way to interact with each other but communication also helps alot to kill depression and help to improve mental health issues. Beacuse depression is not a disease which you can cure with medicine it a state of mind for which communication is the best option. Now what type of communication we are mentioning here to cope up with mental health. Interpersonal communication is the best way to heal depression.
For example: If a person is going through high degree of depression along with pyschiatrist treatment if that person continuously communicates with his/her friends family members or anyone with whom he or she is comfortable that will surely improve his mental health.
