Social media push you to compare your life with others.

In this blog I try to convey my personal thought that how Social media now days incourage people to show their fake happiness which lead to be a mental pressure for other person. Of all the ways social media can be bad for you, one of the worst, according to science, is the ability of Facebook and the like to induce envy. You see your friends posting smiling selfies at beautiful destinations and showing off about their professional and personal accomplishments, and you end up thinking your own life doesn't measure up.

When you see your friends or anyone who are having immense fun and successful life on social media this will make you little bit depressed not because your are jealous of their happiness but beacuse somewhere in your mind you start blaming your life and you start feeling as if you are lacking behind from other people your are happy and posting great thing on their social media platforms.
But not all things you see on social media are ture or  seems real in real.lofe also as they are looking in videos or photographers on Social media.
Recent example is of  Hindi Television star celebrity Kushal Punjabi wo has thousands of followers on instagram and  he daily Post something great about his life and work and what all he love and thousands of people use d to respond on his post by liking them or by doing comments on them. Infact so many people text him personally but all of sudden one day Kushal Punjabi committed suicide. When it comes to depression and dissatisfaction no real person was their or may he was not able to talk with anyone about his prombles.

Social media is just a way to connect with people but it is not your only life. You can have temporary happiness with social media but not complete life. Don't compare your life with anyone else in the basis of social media and try to spend more time with real face to face friends rather then being on social media all the day.
